Completely agree with the above comments! We had the pleasure of staying in the family room with the en suite, and had a lovely time. Every consideration was made for guests. The rooms are clean modern and tastefully decorated, with extra touches that you just dont see in hotels. !Would definately stay again

Spent an extended period of time at Fins B&B as I was working in Arbroath at the time. Sandra is a very nice lady and makes you most welcome. I would recommend her B&B to anyone who is looking to stay in Arbroath for a short stay or holiday. There is no problem asking for breakfast at 7am or 10am, whatever suits the guest(s). And the breakfast is superb. So if your in the area and want a great place to say, give Fins B&B a try, you wont be disappointed.

I have stayed at this b&b twice. It is very welcoming and homely, also very well decorated. We stayed in the family room on the first floor and like all other reviews said the breakfast the next morning is brilliant!! We will definietly be visiting again, infact we are thinking of staying again next month for a friends birthday.

Situated close to the foreshore and within easy walking distance of shops and harbour. Parking was easy, free public car park just across the road allows free parking for up to 72 hours. The owner, Sandra made us very welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was tastefully decorated with modern furniture and lovely comfortable beds. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided, together with a cute little fridge for the milk. .The bathroom was clean and well maintained. We were asked what time we would like breakfast and there was no problem when we said 10 o'clock. (My brother and his wife stayed at a different B&B and were TOLD what time they would be having breakfast, it was EARLY!) We were blessed with gorgeous weather for our stay and managed to explore quite a bit of quaint Arbroath. Breakfast was a delightful experience, choice of cereals, orange juice, tea or coffee. Bacon and eggs sausage etc, all cooked to perfection and not at all greasy. Worth going just for the breakfasts! All in all a wonderful two night stay, we will definitely be going back.
