The owner Sandra Littlejohn extends a warm welcome to her comfortable guesthouse. Fins Bed and Breakfast has four rooms which are modern and individually designed. There are two family rooms (one of which is ensuite), a twin and a single room and two bath/shower rooms.
Whether you are visiting for business/work or for pleasure an excellent personallised service and a delicious breakfast is standard. Situated near the fit o the toon, Fins Bed and Breakfast is ideal for easy access Arbroath's places of interest such as the Abbey (pictured left), restaurants/pubs and harbour/marina.
If you are driving there is plenty parking available or if arriving by train or bus Fins Bed and Breakfast is less than ten minutes walk from Arbroath rail/bus station.
